Returns/Exchanges
There are no refunds and/or exchanges on items that are marked as no transfer. This is nonnegotiable.
Items that are marked as transfer may be returned or exchanged if requested on the same day as purchase
Refunds
I will happily give refunds for the following circumstances:
- double pay for a purchase
Please file a customer service request within the same day as purchase if you meet these requirement(s).
Failed Delivery
If you have paid and not received your purchase(s), I will redeliver your purchase(s) to you. For assistance with this matter please file a customer service request.
Store Cards
Store cards will no longer be sold due to a new script exploit. They will be offered again once this is resolved. If you currently have a store card, you have until Feb. 28th, 2009 to use them.
